Football: Jay Schroeder to speak at CIF luncheon

Former NFL, UCLA and Palisades High quarterback Jay Schroeder will be the keynote speaker at the Southern Section football championship luncheon on Monday in Long Beach.

What could be interesting is whether Westlake Village Oaks Christian makes the Northern Division final and is represented at the luncheon. Schroeder works as an assistant coach for the Lions’ lower-level teams.
