Girls’ basketball: Kacy Swain to sign with UCLA

St. Bernard transfer Kacy Swain will sign a National Letter of Intent with UCLA on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.

Swain, a 6-foot-3 forward, is ranked No. 25 in the 2011 class.
