Football: Troy Williams picks up Washington offer

Sophomore quarterback Troy Williams from Harbor City Narbonne has picked up a scholarship offer from Washington, Coach Manuel Douglas said. Williams was impressive Friday, passing for more than 300 yards and running for more than 100 yards in a loss to San Pedro.
