Former Los Angeles Wilson receiver Steve Martinez still has his state record intact of 121 receptions in a season.

Thousand Oaks receiver Richard Mullaney fell one reception short of equalling the record. After further review, Thousand Oaks Coach Mike Leibin said Mullaney had 19 catches on Friday, leaving him one short of 121 for the season.

Mullaney’s 120 receptions set a Southern Section record.
