Hey E.S. give some love to the boys on the Central Coast...Arroyo Grande & Paso Robles in semi-finals!

Servite beat Crespi...not because Crespi is bad. Actually they could beat just about any team in the city and orange county. That Lucien kid is spectacular. Servite won because they are one of the best teams in the country. Bring it on de la salle. We have the Crespi trained Troy Thomas! And Crespi don't feel bad. You did well this season and I saw your frosh team so the future is bright. Please come to the state final and watch us honor your loss.

mr.not:
you have misquoted me once again. where did I say south central kids?
this year I went to most games, sat in the middle of the south side, made my usual comments to the crepi parents. no one had a problem.
your boy sgaglia has a short memory. jeremiah ross coached an inexperienced squad to the finals, something jmack will never accomplish. he was a .500 coach in a very mediocre league. I don't understand "rebuilding year." most key personnel, including team MVP, are seniors. next year will be a rebuilding year for jmack, if he is brought back. funny how your boy quickly changed his tune. a couple weeks ago he guaranteed this team would go DEEP in the playoffs. you call it the quarterfinals, it's the second round. your former coach, who obviously should of been rehired, showed all of the silly little fans that this team is the epitomy of mediocrity. we went through our rebuilding this year, missing the playoffs for the first time in 25 yrs. enjoy your miracle. the regular beatings resume shortly.
mr mc confused: your inaccurate comment is unacceptable.

hey escalante. please cool it with the racist remarks about the crespi kids. you show your lack of class every time you post. come by a football game at crespi next year, sit down in the stands with the parents, then make your comments about "south central kids." you are a bitter old man, have no class.

Escalante:
"South Los Angeles squad"?????
You are a racist, Chris Escalante.

Congratulations to the Crespi Celts football team for playing their hearts out in a fine season.
After reaching the PAC-5 Finals in 2007 with a team and program built by Troy Thomas, the program quickly deteriorated with consecutive 5-5 seasons and missing the playoffs both years.
This year ushered in a new era, one of Coach Jon Mack, with a rich history of coaching success at St. Bonaventure. Coach Mack and his team reached the CIF Quarterfinals, falling to the defending PAC-5 and State Div. II Champions Servite, finishing the year at 8-4.
8-4 and an appearance in the Quarterfinals is a huge improvement over the last two 5-5 seasons. This was a rebuilding year, and Coach Mack and his players made the best of it. The Celt Nation is proud of the team, and proud to have Coach Mack working to rebuild the legacy of Celts football.
We are all looking forward to next season, and the successes that Coach Mack will bring in 2011.
Congrats Celts and Coach Mack, keep up the great work.
GO CELTS!!!

Pink slip already for Mack? Well that does not make sense! The team did well for coach Macks first arrival at Crespi! Hopefully next year he can/will do better. I most defintely agree that he was out coached by Coach Troy, who is a smart coach, that has a disciplined team.

Freeway league was hard hitting. I played Jv's as a 10th grader in 87. And Varsity in 89. Big Bad Bulldogs.

the great jmack goes .500 and finishes 3rd in the overrated 5 member serra league. he needed a miracle to defeat a 2-8 team to back into the playoffs. he needed a lucky draw to play los scrub in the 1st round. in the second round he was badly outcoached and outclassed by troy thomas who showed no mercy while slapping jmack and his south los angeles crepi squad all over their pretty little field. the highest paid coach in so cal gets 3rd place going 2-2. the brown robes are not happy. not much bang for their buck. pink slip?

that Carson-Garfield score should of been 15-13 although in favor of the Colts the 'Dawgs played their hearts out tonight and i'm sure they have earned alot of respect from you guys.
