Guys, be careful. Both sections want to win the State Games. Serra does NOT want to play Grant. Besides, unless they play in the open they won't play at all due to enrollment. Southern Section would not put Serra ahead of CC. Head to head CC would SMASH Serra. I know people here love Serra because they are local but Grant would SMASH them also. St. Mary's from NoCal, Bellarmine Prep, and Novato have given our Div II teams a real battle. Serra would get a great game from them but still win.

I like that, but but I rather see Serra Vs De La Salle and CC vs Grant.
Also I like to see CC vs Serra or Bishop Amat O r Mission Viejo.
Shoot lets have a bracket like Texas does and put all the top teams to play each other.

Corona Centennial has to really be looked at as the top team right now and appear to be on a collision course to meet up with De La Salle in a rubber match in the Open.Especially since they have beaten each other in bowl games recently. If the keep this pace I would put the Pac 5 Champ in the Div 1 bowl.CC vs DLS in the open and Serra or Dominguez if thy win the title of course vs Grant in the Div 2 bowl if everything holds form. This is a great time of year for HS football in So Cal!
