Former Sherman Oaks Notre Dame outfielder Mike Stanton, who just finished his rookie season with the Florida Marlins, sure has a good role model.
He made the following comment on his Twitter page: ‘Happy birthday to Vin Scully. Thank you for making me love baseball so much growing up. 83 and still going strong!’
Now, if only the Dodgers could get Stanton.
