Tennis: UCLA lands another top SoCal player

Dennis Mkrtchian, who lives in Reseda and is considered among the top prep tennis prospects in Southern California, has committed to UCLA. He’s the second big commitment this week for the Bruins, who also landed Marcos Giron from Thousand Oaks.

Another standout tennis player, Denis Nguyen from Anaheim Canyon, is headed to Harvard.
