Nearly 750 transfers processed last month by Southern Section
The Southern Section processed 746 transfers in the month of September under Bylaw 207. There were 616 granted unlimited eligibility.
The office also received 86 hardship requests. There were 38 students approved for unlimited participation, 41 who received limited eligibility and seven denied eligibility.
One of the most publicized athletes denied eligibility, running back Davonte Young from Bellflower St. John Bosco, has an appeal hearing scheduled later this month.

Of the seven denied, how many were appealed to the State Assoc and how many of those were overturned?
Also, what is defined as limited eligibility?

Thanks for the update on Davonte, ES.
I don't understand what's taking this so long though. I read somewhere that Irvine was holding things up in re: to the paperwork.
I know that what happened with Mater Dei & the CIF just recently, if Davonte isn't cleared, there are going to be some pretty upset Braves fans in Bellflower.
