Chino Hills is in and Newport Harbor is out in the only major change in this week’s top 25 rankings by The Times.

Long Beach Poly’s upset win over Lakewood has made it clear that there are five elite unbeaten teams battling for No. 1, though Alemany and Bishop Amat hope to join the conversation.
