The City Section rules committee has accepted the explanation from North Hollywood and University about why their scheduled nonleague game was canceled earlier this season, and there will be no penalties imposed on either school.

The two schools could not agree on a time and date for their scheduled football game after learning the original game time had to be changed because of furlough days.
