Moorpark (3-2) goes into its Marmonte League game against host Westlake (5-0) on Friday as a decided underdog, but just remember that the Musketeers and Coach Tim Lins have a talented junior quarterback in Grant Rohach, who figures to attract college recruiters in the coming months.

He’s considered a better prospect than his brother, Brody, who was the quarterback last season. And Lins has started to open up the offense as his confidence in Rohach has increased.

‘He’s steadily improving,’ Lins said.

Of course, Lins has to figure out a strategy on how to stop Westlake’s offense.

‘Their offense can score from anywhere anytime,’ he said.
