Football: Gardena Serra wins 21st consecutve game

Gardena Serra (6-0) won its 21st consecutve game and picked up its first Mission League victory with a 41-14 triumph over St. Francis.

Conner Preston completed 20 of 27 passes for 321 yards and three touchdowns with one interception. He also scored a touchdown. George Farmer caught eight passes for 210 yards and three touchdowns.

Serra's defense had six sacks and shut out the Golden Knights in the second half. Raymond Ford had a 77-yard interception return.

St. Francis quarterback Brett Nelson passed for 246 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
