Can Carson and Narbonne fans hold off their excitement for one more week?
On Oct. 29, the two schools are scheduled to face off at Carson High in a huge Marine League game that also will have City Section football playoff implications.
Carson (4-2) plays at Banning on Friday. Narbonne (3-3) hosts Gardena. Then it’s showdown time.
The Marine League champion should be the No. 2 or 3 seed behind Crenshaw or Dorsey in the Division I playoffs.
Both schools are getting better on offense and defense, so it’s going to be a terrific matchup in two weeks.
