Football: Carson leads Narbonne, 26-10, at halftime

Carson quarterback Justin Alo passed for two touchdowns and tailback Dion Willis ran for another to give the host Colts a 26-10 halftime lead over mistake-prone Narbonne.

The Gauchos lost a fumble and had a quick kick blocked by Carson’s Derrick Nubia, who also recovered the ball.

Alo completed six of seven passes for 116 yards, including a 45-yard touchdown to Darreus Rogers and a 15-yard touchdown to Ronald Langdon. Myles Johnson ran for a 65-yard touchdown to account for the Colts’ other score.

Narbonne quarterback Troy Williams completed 10 of 17 passes for 109 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for 63 yards in 13 carries.
