Quarterback Vernon Adams fumbled the ball but caught it in midair and went on to score on an 11-yard touchdown run, giving Alemany a 14-0 lead over Crespi with 18 seconds left in the first quarter.

Crespi looks confused. Twice the Celts have given up big passing plays on blown coverages. Twice the Celts have needed to call time outs on offense.
