Justice Scalia

Just thought I'd check back and see if all CIF Escalante has anything to say about Crespi's cupcake schedule???

Justice Scalia

You're boring me now.

I'll see you in the playoffs, or rather, you'll see us in the playoffs.

Your personal insults are falling on deaf ears. When you can't compete with your message, you attack the messenger.

Vey nice, Escalante. And I very much appreciate your veiled threat to show up game night at your beerfest...but I outgrew that type of behavior in 1982.

I will make a donation to Goodwill in the amount of $0.25 in the name of all CIF Escalante. Keep wearing that badge, it'll take you far in life! Not.

escalante

justice o'connor: I just got off the phone w/ a crespi person. there's actually a few that I respect. He preferred I not use him name but he sure knows yours. Now your inability to figure out that 16 out of 17 butt kickings put on crespi by ND MEANS WE OWN YOU, makes perfect sense. He explained to me about the program that got you into the school. So I guess I should apologize. I didn't really you had so many issues. I'm sure you had a tough time understanding my last post. Let me break down for you that crespi will come in winless in LEAGUE and it will be no playoffs for THE CELTS for a third straight year. Even with your ND GRAD coach. I guess you didn't understand why Troy Thomas left. He didn't want to coach in a school that always ends up in DIV-10. ANYWAY buddy, you are still invited to come to the chimneysweep but only sodas, OK big fella. And I commend you for working for GOODWILL all those years. I truly respect that. GOOD LUCK.

escalante

justice scalia, alito, what is it this week sotomayor? typical that you would continue to hide behind monikers. I post my real name. ALL CIF LINEBACKER ESCALANTE. what were you? your comments are equal to your IQ. we under achieve in the playoffs, when we make it? at least we got the oppurtunity to play last year while it was another year of crespi watching us on tv. I wouldn't call back to back to back CIF TITLES underachieving. you can't win a league game. that's why the carmelites(yellow tape) brought in a ND grad to try to turn it around. mack yearns for the big job but are stable and nationally respected program has had the same coach for 30 years and ROONEY has slapped little crespi silly SIXTEEN OF THE LAST 17. only a fool like you would refuse to admit our total domination. and yeah, white went running back to crespi because he desperately needed a job. no question he was a decent back, but JUSTIN FARGAS made everyone forget him quickly. so you would like to meet me nov 12th? I am extending an invitation to come to the ND alumni hangout at 6pm gameday- the CHIMNEYSWEEP on woodman and moorpark. all rounds on me. this way you can tell me how thin in the skull I am to my face. don't worry sotomayor, we all be real nice to you and any other celts you bring. HEAD TO HEAD! SCOREBOARD! when crespi comes in winless nov 12th, our sophomore led team we make it another no playoff season. don't forget, chimneysweep and believe me you'll recognize me right away. ESCALANTE.

Justice Scalia

Escalante,

Why so bitter? Because you're 1-3 and got spanked twice by middle of the road teams, and got beat by Taft? You can talk about Russell White being dyslexic all you want, but he GOT INTO CAL, played there AND graduated, so if he was so bitter, why did he return to coach at Crespi under Troy Thomas? Why was he so gracious and accepting when his #4 was retired, and he entered the Crespi hall of fame?

He was a young kid giving an interview, and so what -- he said some stuff that wasn't completely accurate, and that's been rectified.

Again, where's ND's Div. 1/BIG-5/PAC-5 trophy? Has ND ever been to the finals at that level? What about the semis? OK, Quarterfinals? No.

Crespi was there three years ago -- PAC-5 runner up, losing only to LB Poly 13-3. Oh, I think ND might have beaten Crespi that year too, but who had the better season?

I'll make you a deal. Crespi can lose to ND each and every year, while ND either misses the playoffs or dies in the first round. Crespi on the other hand will make at least the quarter or semi finals each season...fair deal? Because that's pretty much how it goes -- like it did in Mission Viejo last season.

Escalante, you're thin in the skull -- I haven't seen such idiocy since the Sherman Oaks Boys graffitti painted the Crespi bus in 1979 with a bunch of profanity, and pretty much ruined a great rivalry between the two schools for two decades...

Looking forward to seeing you Nov. 12 on your home field, to make a mess of the place...there's been a changing of the guard, and ND's going to be taking it in the shorts for a long time to come -- just like the REAL Notre Dame.

escalante

justice crespi: anyone w/ half a brain would acknowledge that head to head says it all. even poor cornell who has been trapped at crespi his whole life admits this fact. you disregarding this shows that you don't have the class to admit that when ND CRUSHES CRESPI 16 OUT OF 17 WE ARE OBVIOUSLY THE SUPERIOR PROGRAM. AND YEAH, WE REALLY UNDERACHIEVED IN THE PLAYOFFS WITH THE RECENT 3-PEAT IN D-3. WHILE CRESPI WAS IN D-10. LMAO! what was your record with GUERINGER? O-30? YOU CLOWNS WERE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF SO CAL. crespi is 0-3 in the big show. we've already discussed the dyslexic title of '86 which showed that crespi ordered all of the kids teachers to push him through and give him an A on all those blank tests he turned in. what a disgrace. so this is what you base crespi being mentioned in the same breath with the mighty ND. YOU ARE A BIGGER JOKE THAN CRESPI. yeah and the clippers are better than the lakers cause head to head doesn't matter. your football has been a joke for decades. we are a respected national program. and if my name doesn't ring a bell, ask bill schneiders about me ringing his bell on the field and off it. and send my best to the rest of those lames. bottom line: WE OWN YOU FOOL. NOW COME BACK WITH THAT 1965 RESULT.SCOREBOARD----HEAD TO HEAD LAME. SEE YOU SOON.DON'T HIDE LIKE SCHNEIDERS.

Justice Alito

escalante:

Where's your BIG-5/PAC-5/Div. 1 championship trophy kept? Oh, that's right...you don't have one. Sorry.

The Celts will continue their "cupcake" schedule next week by playing Vista Murietta -- ranked #8 in California and #42 nationally. That will be followed up by playing Taft, who beat your hapless (K)nights. That's right, Taft beat ND -- bahahahaha!!!

Then the Celts will open the regular season against Bishop Amat.

You can talk head to head matchup all you like. But the reality is that ND consistently underperforms in the post season, if they make it there at all.

Prediction: Celts 38, Notre Dame 14.

escalante

Justice Foolio: Do your research on the head to head matchup. ND owns the crespi cupcakes. We have slapped the crispies silly year after year. Head to Head! Scoreboard.

Nice To See A Good Game

*Sorry, I meant several out pattern plays (and screens for that matter) in my previous comment. Michael Thomas, Taft's excellent primary receiver, already has shown the effectiveness of his slant routes.

The Taft coaches really need to get other big, quality linebackers in the defense and find someone to play free safety before playoffs come.

Justice Alito

Give me a break escalante.

What's this about how Crespi coach Jon Mack runs up scores on the little guys, and ND's tough schedule would pay off in defeating Crespi later in the year????

Crespi lost to Dominguez 14-9 -- ranked #41 in California. And the reality is that loss was "first game jitters" -- new coach, new system, they got it out of the way early. BTW, a 14-9 loss is hardly a "smashing upside the head".

Crespi defeated Clovis West -- ranked #21 in California at the time. Do your research. Clovis West is a state power, hardly a "cupcake" as you describe.

Crespi then has big wins against two other opponents, and they're "running up the score on the little guys."

So Crespi is 3-1, with a win over a ranked, state power (Clovis West), and a 5-point loss to ranked and highly regarded Dominguez.

While Notre Dame started the season 0-3, with three BIG losses...

Maybe ND needs to face the fact that their team stinks this year...they even had trouble with Birmingham last night.

So let's just wait and see what happens during the regular season matchup, shall we???

Prediction: Crespi 38, Notre Dame 14

Nice To See A Good Game

Thanks to Alemany and Taft for a very entertaining game. Alemany is well coached and very disciplined; Taft is physical and has some real standout players.

Alemany should move nicely through its remaining regular season games, but they will get punished after a round or two in CIF post-season play. I would not put them at #8 in the Southland, as Sondheimer has. They should probably be ranked 15th or so.

Taft: you need to develop the remaining big me on your squad to play defense and relieve Antuan and Brandon. Their fatigue was a major factor in your loss. Other things: watch the penalties; simplify your signals from the sideline; develop several slant plays; utilize eligible ends; get your backs into the game; stop turning over the ball. You could have won that game last night.

escalante

I see that jonny mack likes to beat up on the little guys. Running up the score against the always hapless chula vista teddy bears shows the mack mentality. When league play begins the mack celts will be smashed upside their unprepared heads. The only non cupcake they have played so far, dominguez, slapped the mackies silly. jonny desperately and secretly tried to get the dons off the schedule for obvious reasons. Notre Dame's brutal schedule will pay off come league and they will make it 17 of 18 against the crespi cupcakes. Bank on it cornell.
