The summer mystery is over. Former Woodland Hills Taft guard Landon Drew enrolled Thursday at Los Angeles Fairfax, according to assistant principal David Siedelman.

Now comes the question whether Drew can gain a hardship waiver to become eligible this season. He enrolled under open enrollment. He hasn’t moved, which means it will be up to City Section Commissioner Barbara Fiege to decide his eligibility.

Drew, who will be a junior, left Taft’s team after a dispute between his mother and people associated with the program.

Update: Coach Harvey Kitani said he held his first meeting with Drew on Friday. ‘He seems very focused,’ Kitani said.
