Howard Levine, the boys’ basketball coach at Van Nuys Grant entering his 25th season, is scheduled to sing the national anthem on Tuesday at Dodger Stadium, then sing God Bless America in the seventh inning of the Dodgers’ game against the Padres.

Levine has been a long-time usher at Dodger Stadium and has sung the national anthem before. He also sings Frank Sinatra songs at clubs.

My question: Is he getting the night off from being an usher?
