Softball: Los Angeles wins RBI World Series title

Los Angeles won the softball championship at the 18th annual Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities World Series on Saturday, defeating Tampa, 5-2, in a rain-shortened five-inning championship game in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Third baseman Jessika Sandoval was named championship game MVP. She went one for two with two runs batted in and had seven assists.
