The Southern Section and Fox Sports West have finalized their plans for televising high school games this season, but they have not officially released the schedule.

Based on conversations with coaches and athletic directors, here are the likely games to be televised:

The game between Sherman Oaks Notre Dame and Gardena Serra will lead off the TV schedule on Sept. 3.

Norco and Los Angeles Crenshaw will air on Sept. 10. Thousand Oaks and Westlake are scheduled for Sept. 16.

Huntington Beach Edison-Anaheim Servite is scheduled for Sept. 24. Oaks Christian-Westlake is Oct. 1. Lakewood-Long Beach Poly is Oct. 8. Santa Ana Mater Dei-Servite is Oct. 29.

Notably absent is Mission Viejo-Long Beach Poly on Sept. 24. Poly declined an offer for television over concerns that it might reduce the crowd to Long Beach Veterans Stadium, according to Athletic Director Robert Shock.

Hopefully, an official release of the schedule will come this week to confirm the games.
