Football: Sylmar gets visit from Efren Herrera

Sylmar kickers got a special visit Thursday from former UCLA and Dallas Cowboys kicker Efren Herrera.

Herrera was the Pro Bowl kicker in 1977 and played on the Cowboys’ Super Bowl XII-winning team. His uncle, Freddy Herrera, coaches at Sylmar and invited him to drop by and offer tips and advice.

City Section kickers need all the help they can receive.
