Boys’ basketball: Chris Printz resigns at Golden Valley

Chris Printz, who built the Santa Clarita Golden Valley basketball program into one of the best in the Foothill League, has resigned. He also resigned last year but decided to come back. This time, it looks for sure he won’t be the head coach because of family reasons, according to the Newhall Signal.
Printz will become an assistant coach at Simi Valley under Christian Aurand.
