Scot's an essential part of the program in case one of there kids makes it big. What a way to shore up a program. Hey. Stock's hitting a whopping 217 in low A ball. I guess he won't be needing Scot's services. Oh well. Maybe Scot could volunteer coach at Agoura High. They need his help desperately.

To cbb fan: With all the booster pressure to remove such a high profile coach? Yeah his dad was forced out for the reason they are in that mess over there at USC. Spoiled rotten is what they are. The new AD is continuing in the same path that caused their situation. You have to build a program not buy one. Chad may not be the guy but the timing is bad and his kid is caught in the middle. The new AD has his priority twisted. HE WAS BROUGHT IN TO DEAL WITH THE FOOTBALL mess, not to fix the baseball program in a 11th hour move. This is just a ruse and blame game.

He should not get a waiver. Coaching changes are not a valid reason for a waiver. If he elected to leave there will be no waiver. If he was forced out he may have a case.

Will he get a waiver to play his sophomore year from the NCAA? He should and will. The NCAA will recognize this as an unusual case. With a decent attorney, he should be able prepare a legitimate argument for him not being penalized. The CIF being a bunch inflexible ignoramuses couldn't make the call 3 years ago when Cade left Valencia High for Hart. He lost his waiver hearing as everyone does. The CIF didn't buy it. When your dad's Chad Kreuter and Grand Pa is Mike G. you better have autographs and BASEBALL HATS for the crew or you aint playin' kid. The CIF made him sit his junior year. But the truth is the waiver is on the same grounds. Conflict of interest. Guess who applied for an assistant coaching job at USC baseball and didn't get it back 3 years ago?
