Volleyball: National title for Waddell-Romano duo

The beach volleyball team of Bobby Romano from El Segundo and Keith Waddell from Manhattan Beach combined to win the U16 championship at the AAU Junior Nationals Beach Volleyball Tournament in Hermosa Beach.

Tanner Smith from Hermosa Beach and Louis Richard from Los Angeles won the U14 boys’ title.

In the girls’ U16 division, the team of Tiffany Morales from Redondo Beach and Skylar Dykstra from Hermosa Beach won the title. London Chow from Palm Springs and Bria Green from Carson won the U14 title.
