High school football in August on ESPN

The folks at ESPN need programming for the weekend of Aug. 27-29, so why not show eight high school football games featuring teams from seven states.

Games will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU.

The lone California teams are Sacramento Grant playing Folsom on Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.
