Los Angeles South East has one of the best players in the Eastern League in junior running back Robert Lewis, who rushed for 1,085 yards as a sophomore and came away with MVP honors in the Crenshaw tournament last weekend after South East upset the Cougars in the finals.

‘We were all in shock,’ Coach Roger Satti said.

Lewis caught a long touchdown pass and was making moves all over the field, according to Satti.

‘He’s fast and has a lot of finesse and lots of vision on the field,’ he said.
