Boys' basketball: Donovan is out (again) at Ayala

Kenny Donovan is no longer the basketball coach at Ayala.

At least this time the decision was his own.

Donovan, who was dismissed in March after going 17-12 in his first year on the varsity level and then rehired following a public outcry, has resigned. In a four-sentence letter to the Bulldogs basketball community, Donovan wrote that his decision is "prompted by a decision to spend more time with my family."
