Softball: Kennedy duo earn top City Section honors

Outfielder Victoria Chiodo from Granada Hills Kennedy has been selected the player of the year from the City Section Championship Division, with teammate Christian Carbajal named the pitcher of the year.

First-team All-City selections include Chelsea Anaya, Chatsworth; Vanessa Corral, Carson; Adrianna Correa, Kennedy; Koral Costa, San Pedro; Cheyenne Coyle, Chatsworth; Kailee Cuico, San Pedro; Kayla Dahlerbruch, El Camino Real; Dani Gilmore, El Camino Real; Breea Jamerson, Westchester; Crystal Maas, Carson; Brittany Moeai, Carson, and Darian Tautalafua, Carson.
