K.C. Caudill, the 6-foot-11 center from Brea Olinda, had better have his passport up to date because he’s headed to Singapore as part of the four-man U.S. team that will compete in the inaugural Youth Olympic Games Aug. 14-26 that includes 20 nations.

Basketball will feature three-on-three competition, and with Caudill’s size, he should be an influential player.

Also on the team is 6-9 Angelo Chol from San Diego Hoover.
