Simi Valley Royal Coach Dan Maye said before Tuesday’s Division 1 semifinal that Easton took apart the metal bat that San Clemente alleged was illegal last week and found nothing wrong. Another bat was given to the Highlanders to replace the bat for the semifinal game against Santa Ana Mater Dei.
