Baseball: Attendance for Southern Section finals drops

The attendance for the four Southern Section baseball championship games at The Diamond at Lake Elsinore on Saturday was 6,165 for the day.

The facility was outstanding, but its location certainly might have affected attendance. Last year, more than 11,000 showed up for four games at Angel Stadium.
