Track: Southern Section champions are crowned

The Southern Section track and field championships have been completed, and here are the team champions:

Boys: Vista Murrieta (Division 1), Los Angeles Loyola (Division 2), Sherman Oaks Notre Dame (Division 3) and Gardena Serra (Division 4).

Girls: Long Beach Poly (Division 1), Saugus (Division 2), Oak Park (Division 3), Gardena Serra (Division 4).

It was the seventh championship in the last eight years for Notre Dame Coach Joe McNab.
