Forgive Ryan Kramer of West Hills Chaminade if he was a little busy on Monday. First, in the morning, he helped the Eagles’ golf team win the Western Division championship, firing a 2-under-par 70 to tie with teammate Drew Miller for top honors.

Then, in the afternoon, he went to baseball practice, where he’s the designated hitter for an Eagles team that is in first place in the Mission League and plays a crucial two-game series starting Tuesday with Mission Hills Alemany.

Chaminade, Los Angeles Loyola and North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake advanced to Thursday’s Southern Section regional finals in Temecula.

In the Southern Division, UCLA-bound Patrick Cantlay of Anaheim Servite shot an 8-under 64 to lead the Friars to the championship. Villa Park won the South Coast Division. Manhattan Beach Mira Costa won the Central Division title, Calabasas took the Northern Division and Temecula Great Oak won the Eastern Division.
