Football: Top running back in Orange County transfers

This is the time of year when top freshmen start transferring to take advantage of the one-time free transfer rule that the California Interscholastic Federation approved several years ago, and Irvine freshmen DaVonte Young, who rushed for 1,612 yards and 20 touchdowns last fall, has transferred to Tustin, according to the OCVarsity.com.

Tustin is known for its rushing attack.
