Football: Taft coach trains NFL prospect

Taft Coach Matt Kerstetter, who’s a personal trainer, has been preparing USC receiver Damian Williams for the NFL draft.

Kerstetter did the same for former USC and Taft receiver Steve Smith. Taft quarterback Michael Bercovici got to throw to Williams recently during a workout.

Asked if he gets a bonus if Williams goes higher than expected in next week’s draft, Kerstetter said, ‘I got to put that in the contract.’
