Boys’ basketball: Travel ball is in full swing

The travel season in basketball has begun, and Belmont Shore won a title this past weekend in Las Vegas, led by De’Andre Daniels of Woodland Hills Taft and Cezar Guerrero of Bellflower St. John Bosco.

The Compton Magic made it to the semifinals, led by Orange Lutheran’s Gabe York, who scored 25 points in a semifinal loss, and Corona Centennial’s Dominique Dunning, who had 12 points.
