Boys’ basketball: Collision all-star games are Saturday

The Collision all-star games set for Saturday at 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at El Camino College have taken on added interest because event organizers announced that Dwayne Polee Jr., the City Section player of the year from Westchester, is expected to reveal his college choice at halftime of the boys’ game.

There’s is much speculation where Polee will end up. Georgia, St. John’s and UNLV have been the favorites, with UTEP also getting attention.

Even Westchester Coach Ed Azzam said he has no idea which school Polee will select.
