Natalie Randolph, a 29-year-old science teacher, is expected to be named football coach at Coolidge High School in Washington, D.C., on Friday, which could make her the only female head coach for varsity football in the nation, the Washington Post reported.

Randolph had a five-year career as a wide receiver for the D.C. Divas of the women’s professional league.
