Boys' basketball: Long Beach Poly has early lead

March 11, 2010 |  7:21 pm

Etiwanda committed turnovers on its first three possessions but trails Long Beach Poly by only two points at the end of the first quarter of their Southern California regional Division I game at Etiwanda.

Freshman forward Roschon Prince has five early points for the Jackrabbits, who scored the final four points of the quarter to take a 13-11 lead.

Tyler LaCour has three points for Etiwanda, which is playing its usual stingy defense in a dimly lit gym that contributes to poor shooting.
