Baseball: Crespi advances to Easton tournament final

Encino Crespi (4-0), ranked No. 2 by The Times, got home runs from Ryon Healy, Scott Heineman and Austin Walker to defeat Oxnard Rio Mesa, 13-2, in a semifinal game of the Easton tournament. The Celts will play Camarillo, a 3-1 winner over West Ranch, in Saturday’s championship game.

North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake (3-1) defeated Valencia, 4-0. Sophomore Brandon Deere threw a two-hitter, striking out four and walking none. He has given up one run in 11 2/3 innings this season. Austin Wilson hit a two-run home run.

Chatsworth (3-1) defeated Alemany, 8-7, in a game called after six innings because of darkness. Angel Calderon had two hits, Ryan Escobar had a two-run double and Adam Baslow had the game-winning RBI. Cody Sulflow hit two home runs for Alemany.

Reseda Cleveland (2-2) defeated Palmdale, 8-4. Ross Zelen went three for four with two doubles. Freshman Matt Del Mundo had two hits and five stolen bases.

Granada Hills Kennedy (1-3) defeated El Camino Real, 6-5. Branden Soto hit a three-run home run for Kennedy.

Westlake defeated St. Bonaventure, 8-3. Alex Daley struck out 11. Christian Yelich had three hits.Simi Valley defeated Ventura, 6-2, with sophomore Cody Ramer hitting a two-run home run. Moorpark defeated Hart, 5-1.

San Pedro defeated Roosevelt, 10-0. Jacob Johnson had a two-run home run.

St. John Bosco defeated Peninsula, 5-1. Dante Flores had a home run and double.
