McDonald’s All-American Game selections announced

There are no boys’ players from California named to the McDonald’s All-American Game that will be held March 31 at Value City Arena on the campus of Ohio State. UCLA-bound Josh Smith from Kentwood, Wa., made the team.

It means that Southern California’s top seniors weren’t able to impress the McDonald’s selection committee.

Lindsay Sherbert from Temecula Great Oak made the girls’ team.
