Football: St. Francis has another hot recruit

The month hasn't even ended, with St. Francis Coach Jim Bonds finally getting some rest after the recruiting onslaught for defensive back Dietrich Riley, but Bonds has another hot recruit in junior offensive lineman Patrick Carroll, who's 6-4, 275 pounds.

College coaches are calling Bonds to line up junior day appearances for Caroll, with invites from Notre Dame, Oregon, USC and Colorado.

Such is life in the never-ending college football recruiting business.
