Boys' basketball: Campbell Hall starts hot

February 9, 2010 |  7:39 pm

North Hollywood Campbell Hall took a 9-1 lead over Los Angeles Windward. Then 6-7 James Johnson picked up his second foul with just under four minutes left in the opening quarter.

Campbell Hall still leads after the first quarter, 14-13. Austin McBroom has scored eight points for the Vikings. Nick Stover, a sophomore who's the younger brother of UCLA's Anthony Stover, has started to assert himself for Windward with three baskets, as has freshman Jordan Wilson.
