Boys’ basketball: Harvard-Westlake wins 11th in a row

Erik Swoope scored 20 points to help North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake (13-4, 5-0) win its 11th consecutive game with a 71-53 Mission League victory over Encino Crespi. Mike Attanasio added 10 assists.

Los Angeles Loyola (15-1, 5-1) defeated St. Francis, 74-44, in another Mission League game. Sherman Oaks Notre Dame (11-7, 3-2) knocked off Chaminade, 69-60, with Jeremy Sulker-Hall scoring 19 points. Alemany defeated Verbum Dei, 66-53.

In the Olympic League, Austin McBroom scored 26 points for North Hollywood Campbell Hall (13-5, 2-1) in a 62-41 victory over Santa Monica Crossroads.

In the Ocean League, Corey Walker had 19 points and Solomon Singer added 14 points and 14 rebounds in Santa Monica’s 67-58 victory over Inglewood. Santa Monica is 11-5 and 2-0 in league.
