Boys’ basketball: Crenshaw keeps rolling

Los Angeles Crenshaw continues to make progress in the City Section, improving to 10-2 overall and 3-0 in the Coliseum League with a 104-62 victory over Locke.

Reynaul Baker led the Cougars with 23 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists. Abdul Zaid added 23 points.

In the West Valley League, Granada Hills knocked off Woodland Hills El Camino Real, 52-45. Taft defeated Chatsworth, 85-42, with Pierson Williams scoring 17 points and Landon Drew getting 12 assists. DeAndre Daniels had 10 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.

In the Western League, L.A. University defeated Hamilton, 74-64. David Nwaba had 22 points and 13 rebounds.
