Washington and Beverly Hills play tonight at 7:30 at St. Bernard High in an Inglewood City of Champions Holiday Classic tournament quarterfinal. The two teams are No. 20 and 21, respectively, in The Times’ rankings for the Southland, and this game could easily be won by either team.

Beverly Hills could emerge victorious if the Normans devise a way to stop Washington’s 6-foot-3 forward Reshanda Gray. With Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s goddaughter Miranda Abdul-Mansour averaging 24 points in the past two tournament games, and her twin sister Jaina averaging 18, Beverly Hills has a chance to clinch the win.

Today’s quarterfinals include Long Beach Poly vs. Serra at 7:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Academy; Bellarmine-Jefferson vs. Bishop Montgomery at 7:30 p.m. at Morningside; and Inglewood vs. Blair at 7:30 p.m. at Inglewood.
