Girls’ basketball: California teams are representing at the Nike TOC

The four teams from the Joe Smith division in the semifinals of the prestigious Nike Tournament of Champions are from California.

Mater Dei, Long Beach Poly, Brea Olinda and Stockton St. Mary’s are making the Golden State look like a basketball beacon.

Mater Dei and Long Beach Poly will face off today at 2:30 p.m.

Brea Olinda will play Stockton St. Mary’s tonight at 5:30.

The winners of the games will compete Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
