Football: View Park wins City eight-man title

December 3, 2009 | 10:30 pm
View Park won its second consecutive City eight-man football championship, defeating Fulton 56-22 in tonight's championship game at Contreras.

The Knights (13-0), who won 12 of their 13 games this year by at least 30 points, successfully defended the title they won last year and earned their third crown in four years. View Park also won a Southern Section eight-man championship in 2006, as the City Section did not contest eight-man football until 2007.
