No. 2-ranked Woodland Hills Taft (4-1) opened play in the Mission Prep tournament with an 80-31 victory over Las Vegas Eldorado.

USC-bound Bryce Jones scored 15 points and Pierson Williams had 11 for the Toreadors.

North Hollywood Campbell Hall opened with a 74-44 victory over Mission Prep. Austin McBroom scored 21 points.
